STILL LIFE: Focus on Florals WORKSHOP |
|
ABOUT the WORKSHOP Come join us for a day of fun, great still life painting, and no fail art! Extensive floral still life set-ups will provide inspiration for artists to Focus on Florals. To begin the day, Judy Webber will do a one hour presentation and watercolor demonstration, followed by thirty minutes of artist warm-up sketches with the participants. We will discuss structure of plants and flowers as simple shapes and forms, whether painted realistically or as part of a floral design. Focus on Florals provides the entire afternoon for intensive watercolor painting with individual attention from the teacher. You are encouraged to bring a camera to take pictures of the still life set-ups! Let this great day of painting continue for days to come! Note: Lunch from 11:30-12:30 is on your own (or bring a sack lunch). |
